Booking Procedure – Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
Quotation and Pricing
The sending of a personalized quotation to the client does not constitute a commitment on the part of Olyria travel. The quotation specifies the characteristics of the proposed trip: destination, travel period, number and age of participants, and any optional services. The validity period of the quotation is indicated at the time it is sent.
Order Confirmation
If the client accepts the quotation, the booking becomes effective once full payment has been made remotely via the secure payment system indicated by Olyria travel.
The confirmation of the booking remains subject to the availability of the services at the price specified at the time the quotation and payment are received.
Payment and Validation
Acceptance of the quotation in writing (by email or any other electronic means) authorizes Olyria travel to collect the full amount in accordance with the agreed terms.
The order is processed within a maximum period of seven (7) business days following receipt of the client’s written agreement and remote payment.
No other means of payment (cheque, cash, etc.) are accepted.
Unavailability and Alternatives
In the event that the requested service is unavailable, Olyria travel will contact the client to propose an alternative solution.
If the client accepts this alternative, a new quotation will be issued.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
Any order validated by the sending of a written agreement (by email or any other electronic means of communication) and/or by payment of the requested amount constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The client acknowledges having the legal capacity to enter into a contract, namely being of legal age and not being subject to any legal protection measure.

AIR TRANSPORT
Schedules and Modifications
At the time of booking, flight schedules may not yet be known. They are therefore provided for indicative purposes only and do not form part of the contractual elements.
For technical or safety reasons, airlines may modify flight schedules at any time.
The liability of air carriers is governed by their own terms and conditions and by the Montreal Convention.
Return Ticket Invalidated
In the event of failure to present at boarding for the outbound flight, some airlines automatically cancel the return ticket. If this occurs, the repurchase of tickets shall be at the client’s expense.
Pregnant Women
Airlines may refuse boarding to pregnant women if they consider that there is a risk of premature delivery. They generally require a recent medical certificate (less than fifteen (15) days prior to departure) attesting to the absence of contraindications and specifying the stage of pregnancy.
Flight Confirmation
It is recommended to confirm each flight segment directly with the airline, in particular the return flight, within seventy-two (72) hours prior to departure.
Loss or Theft of Tickets
In the event of loss or theft of a ticket, the client must file a declaration with the competent authorities and with the airline.
Replacement of the ticket and any related costs shall remain at the client’s expense.
Baggage
Baggage allowances (weight, dimensions, number of items) vary depending on the airline and the fare category. Some airlines systematically charge for checked baggage or cabin baggage. Any additional baggage-related fees shall be borne by the client.
Olyria travel cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft, damage, or delayed delivery of baggage. Such incidents fall under the responsibility of the airlines.
It is recommended to properly label your baggage, remove old tags, and place your contact details inside the baggage. Do not transport valuable items in checked baggage. If necessary, declare their value to the airline and insure them.
In the event of delay or loss, immediately file a claim with the airline and retain receipts for any essential purchases.
Medical Treatment
Medications must be kept in their original packaging together with the corresponding prescription.
Children
Children under the age of two (2) are not allocated a seat. Unaccompanied minors under the age of fifteen (15) are not accepted.
Cabin Baggage
The dimensions and weight of cabin baggage vary depending on the airline. In general, the total dimensions must not exceed 115 cm and the weight 5 kg. Cabin baggage remains under the responsibility of the client.
Prohibited Items
It is the client’s responsibility to check the list of items prohibited in checked or cabin baggage (liquids, weapons, sharp objects, etc.).
